Terms of use for the CRE Atlas

These terms apply to the CRE Atlas at atlas.fifthdimensionai.com, operated by Fifth Dimension AI Ltd (company no. 14629178). By registering or signing in you agree to them. They sit alongside our privacy summary and our governing Privacy Policy.

What this service is

A reference atlas of commercial real estate processes: 91 processes across 4 domains and 19 groups, mapped, researched and localised by market. Access is free with registration and intended for professionals using it inside their organisation.

Your account

You sign in with your work email through a one-time link. Keep your details accurate: they are how our team knows who to follow up with. Your account is personal; keep sign-in links to yourself, do not share your access with people outside your organisation, and tell us if you believe your account has been used by someone else. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Reading analytics: what you agree to

The Atlas is sales content, and we treat reading it as part of a sales conversation. By creating an account you agree that we record your reading activity linked to your account details, including:

which processes you view and which market edition you read;
how many searches you run in the Atlas;
when you were last active.

We use this so our team can follow up meaningfully and to understand which content is useful. It may be synced to our customer-relationship system (CRM) alongside your contact details. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Your assessment data

Answers your organisation gives in the self-assessment remain your organisation’s data. We use them only to provide the assessment and journey features to you, under the access rules in the privacy summary. We claim no other rights over them. We do not publish them and we do not identify your organisation to anyone. We do count, with no identifying information attached, how organisations have scored each process, and show those counts back to customers as an industry benchmark; how that is kept anonymous is set out in the privacy summary.

Cookies

We set functional cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your market edition, and to record your tracking choice. No third-party advertising cookies. HubSpot website tracking, if enabled, loads only after you accept it through a consent banner.

Withdrawing

Ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hello@fifthdimensionai.com: that removes your profile and your CRM contact record and stops all tracking, within 30 days. Zero-result search logs are automatically deleted after 180 days regardless.

Content and permitted use

The Atlas, its process cards, entity model, terminology and design are Fifth Dimension’s intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may read and use the Atlas inside your organisation and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish, resell, scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the content, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing product.

Content disclaimer

The Atlas is a reference work. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice, and reading it does not create an advisory relationship. Every figure carries its source and vintage. Regulatory thresholds move; the citation tells you what was true and when. Where a figure or threshold is load-bearing for a decision, verify it against the instrument on the day you rely on it. Where a figure is directional, from an adjacent industry or belongs to another market, the caption says so, and those labels are part of the claim.

No warranty

We aim to keep the Atlas available and current but provide it “as is”, without warranty that it is uninterrupted, error-free or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifth Dimension is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on the content contrary to the disclaimer above. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update the Atlas and these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. Material changes will be reflected here.
